EPMAN Intake Manifold Extended Stud Stainless Bolt Kit EP-LS01

Kit Includes

• Extended Studs: Fully threaded with an Allen socket on one end for easy installation using a hex key.
• Flange Lock Nuts: Available with serrated teeth or a smooth base, designed to effectively prevent loosening under engine vibrations.
• Thermal and Acoustic Insulation Washers: Provide sealing and heat insulation between the manifold and the nuts.

Applications

• Accommodate Thermal Gaskets: When upgrading to thicker, high-performance thermal gaskets, factory bolts are often too short. These extended studs provide the necessary length to ensure a secure fit.
• Easier Alignment and Installation: Once threaded into the cylinder head, the studs act as a guide rail. This allows you to easily slide the intake manifold or exhaust headers into place, making DIY upgrades much smoother.
• Protect Aluminum Cylinder Heads: Frequently removing and reinstalling factory bolts can strip the threads in aluminum heads. By using studs, you only need to remove and reinstall the outer nuts, significantly reducing wear and protecting your engine.
